OUR PRODUCT
All our products are made in selected finished bovine leather, with the best available quality materials and techniques. We use YKK zippers and the best metal hardware to make our product one of the kind top quality leather product, a long lasting WEARABLE PIECE OF ART.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, Western Union money transfer, or local ABITAB and RED PAGOS transfers also.
We will be ready to ship your order after payment is received.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
WE SHIP YOUR ORDER WORLDWIDE.
Please allow us up 0 to 3 business days to ship your order.
You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your order has shipped and also receive a express tracking number. We use DHL as our international courier (Delivery between 3-5 days depending on the Country) at no charge.
For local Customers, we will send item by local carrier, which will be free also.
If you need your order faster, do not hesitate on telling us, we will try to ship it as fast as possible and will let you know tracking number when ready. Locally we have the SAME DAY offer you may need.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
All international customers are responsible for the Customs rates and duties and taxes within their own Country. If you have questions, please contact your local Customs office in order to have all information required previous to purchasing an international item. Please note we will not be billed for any extra charges other than the shipping charges.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All our leather and materials are hand selected by myself personally, but please bear in mind natural materials always have small imperfections. Also, we ought to inform colors may be slightly different than the they are shown on the picture due to screen definitions. Please refer to the description we provide in detail on each item in order to make sure this is what you are looking for.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned within THREE (3) days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost from and to Uruguay. Please make sure you let us know, otherwise we may not credit the item for you. Before any return is made, you will have to make sure label and product remain untouched as it was received, in its original packing. Please make contact with us before sending the parcel back. You will need to have our agreement for any merchandise return authorization.
